South Dakota Department of Health's Community Health Services and WIC offers many services to the public.  If you have any questions or would like to know more about these services, please call or stop by the Community Nurse's Office located on the first floor of the Hamlin County Courthouse in Hayti, South Dakota.

Services include:

• Nursing Services
• Immunizations
• Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
• Breastfeeding - Issue manual breastpump and loan of electric breastpump for special circumstances
• Prenatal Care - Monthly educational visit with nurse
• Post Partum Services - Home visit after delivery
• Developmental Screening
• All Women Count - Assistance with mammograms & pap smears
• Community Health Services
