Detention Centers

Inmates for Hamlin County, South Dakota are not housed in the county and as of February 2024, the county is contracted between two regional detention centers, one in Brookings and the other in Watertown (Codington County).   For additional information on visitations, work releases, drop off or pick up personal property, etc, please use the links below to obtain that information.
