For South Dakota records from the courts to include criminal charges filed with the courts can obtain that information at the South Dakota eCourts.

Requests for Public Records held by the Hamlin County Sheriff's Office

Any interested party can make a request for the disclosure of documents or records from this public entity. Public documents or records held by the Hamlin County Sheriff's Office require that formal requests for public records be made by mail in hard copy form. Requests for records in any other form, such as oral or via email, will not be construed as a formal records request pursuant to state law.  Please note, fees starting at $600 will apply.
