The Hamlin County Register of Deeds office maintains full and true computerized, filmed, and scanned records of deeds, mortgages, and other instruments authorized by law to be recorded. Filings include UCCs, fictitious names, plats, county indigent liens, federal tax liens, state tax liens, and other miscellaneous documents. Many of these files can be obtained by calling or visiting the county Register of Deeds.
The Register of Deeds staff members cannot help you complete documents or forms, and is unable to give legal advice of any type. If you have any questions about completing forms or transferring property properly, please consult with an attorney.
